​ Most of the functional earthenware I make is wheel thrown and fired to 1150C. I consider the look and functionality of each piece individually as I like everything I make to belong to a family yet have a personality of its own. Blues or reds are usually my base colour which I layer with various other colours to depict the flora or fauna that surrounds me or that I have captured on my camera. The result are vivid and fun vessels, accentuated with gold and touches of lustre.
Prices vary and depend on the number of hours spent making and types of materials used. Usually, bowls and platters are between £50 and £140 and jugs between £25 and £70.
Each piece is unique; no two are the same.
